  Our Operators are deeply invested in the caliber of their work, always seeking to improve their skill and performance.   Perfectionists at heart, they get it right the first time, then tweak and refine the process to meet the most rigorous quality and   productivity standards.

  In addition, all of our QA Inspectors are accomplished sheet metal mechanics with an eye for detail. Our QA team focuses on the   process, as well as the product. They work closely with production and engineering departments to identify potential problems   and make adjustments early on to facilitate the smoothest, most efficient systems possible.

  Quality Assurance at InMetal is about getting the product done on time, the way you want it done. We work to ensure that we   meet and surpass your expectations, time after time. After all, our reputation is riding on it.

  InMetal received ISO 9001:2015 certification in March of 2001. This verifies that inMetal is an �Engineering-focused contract   manufacturer of precision sheet metal parts, value add assemblies, and complete products with extensive design and engineering   capabilities to achieve custom-made products from concept to production.� InMetal continues to maintain its certification and   believes that ISO certification is a necessary part of maintaining our world class manufacturing status.

  Incoming Inspection

  All incoming raw material is inspected prior to being inventoried or applied to a customer's job.

  First Article Inspection

  First article inspections are performed by our quality team, at each operation, assuring full product compliance and eliminating   manufacturing and or assembly defects.

  Final Inspection

  A quality inspector performs a complete and final job inspection prior to any shipment to our customers.
